Altair Digital is a fast-growing IT company that creates AR/VR products in the field of further education.

We are a Russian company that has changed the concept of the word "planetarium" with the help of the latest digital technologies. We managed to create the world's first Virtual Planetarium, which can be afforded by any novice entrepreneur or educational institution. We have united the quality and scale of the most expensive planetariums in the world and made them mobile with the help of VR technology.

Later, we expanded to the Virtual Encyclopedia and franchised our nine-year work experience in additional education. Altair VR franchise has already over 80 partners worldwide. In April alone, 33,628 children watched scientific and educational films wearing VR glasses at the Virtual Encyclopedia. In recent months, our franchise gained partners in Greece and India, and other products of our company operate in 17 countries.

Now, with the expansion of our sales geography, we need a Lead-manager for the international market. You will have the opportunity to work with us on the IIDF accelerator platform, with the participation of experienced sales experts.
Responsibilities

  • Provide a stream of quality leads for transferring them to the sales department;
  • Maintaining online resources for obtaining new leads;
  • Quick response to an incoming application within 5-10 minutes;
  • Processing incoming applications, identifying purchasing power, seriousness of intent and previous business experience;
  • Qualification of the application (target / non-target) in order to identify potential customers of the company;
  • Conducting telephone conversations and carry out messenger texts with potential customers to identify their needs;
  • Search for relevant platforms and set out advertising information on them;
  • Monitoring of tendering sites;
  • Work with internal and external client bases of the Company;
  • Reactivation of the current database at a given frequency;
  • Correct information about the characteristics and main advantages of the franchise;
  • Transfer of information about an interested client to the sales department;
  • Assistance and fulfillment of instructions of the sales manager (preparing contracts & commercial offers);
  • Keeping a history of customer relationships in CRM (Bitrix24);
  • Work and reporting in CRM - system (Bitrix)
Requirements

  • Knowledge of English not lower than level B2;
  • Experience in sales from 1 year;
  • Experience in franchising will be your advantage;
  • Experience in building partnerships;
  • Sociability, professional oral and written speech;
  • Business communication skills, grammatically correct Russian language;
  • The ability to control the dialogue and attract the client to yourself;
  • The ability to constructively manage the dialogue, figuring out all the necessary details;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Ability to work with a large amount of information;
  • Willingness to work for the result;
  • Willingness to learn in the process of work;
  • PC knowledge at the user level;
  • The ability to work in a team
