We are a Russian company that has changed the concept of the word "planetarium" with the help of the latest digital technologies. We managed to create the world's first Virtual Planetarium, which can be afforded by any novice entrepreneur or educational institution. We have united the quality and scale of the most expensive planetariums in the world and made them mobile with the help of VR technology.

Later, we expanded to the Virtual Encyclopedia and franchised our nine-year work experience in additional education. Altairika franchise has already over 80 partners worldwide. In April alone, 33,628 children watched scientific and educational films wearing VR glasses at the Virtual Encyclopedia. In recent months, our franchise gained partners in Ireland and India, and other products of our company operate in 17 countries.

Now, with the expansion of our sales geography, we need a Lead-manager for the international market. You will have the opportunity to work with us on the IIDF accelerator platform, with the participation of experienced sales experts.
Responsibilities

The main task is to manage the foreign sales department and achieve the set goals.

Also:

Meeting the sales plan;
Managing current employees, recruiting and training new ones;
Formation and organization of hypothesis testing;
Control over the work of department managers and prompt assistance in any questions they may have;
Planning the work of the foreign sales department;
Conducting negotiations at the highest level;
The analysis of work with clients in CRM system, also reporting there;
Establishment, strengthening and development of relations with clients;
Continuous improvement of sales skills;
Development of the allocated territory
Requirements

  • Experience in international sales is mandatory;
  • Google skills;
  • Knowledge of a foreign language (written and spoken) Upper-Intermediate level and higher is mandatory;
  • Active life position, purposefulness, desire to develop;
  • Sense of humour, kindness are welcomed.
  • Sales experience in the B2B market will be your advantage;
  • A confident PC user;
  • Competent speech, the ability to negotiate and build a dialogue with a partner;
  • The desire to learn and develop in international sales;
  • Communication skills, stress resistance
